Mr. Smith graduated from the University of Georgia and earned a Master of Management Information Systems from Georgia College and State University. He is a Senior Instructor of Management Information Systems and also serves as the Director: Office of Technology and Student Support Services for the College of Business. His research interests include business intelligence, analytics, value creation, and corporate sustainability. A former IT manager and network engineer, he teaches management information systems.
