Dr. Robert A. Sarver III is an associate professor in the Department of Sociology, Criminal Justice, and Women’s Studies at the University of South Carolina at Upstate. He earned his Ph.D. in criminal justice from Sam Houston State University in 2007. His research interests include the impact of media on perceptions of crime.
