A native of Albania, Dr. Monika Shehi Herr is an associate professor of English at the University of South Carolina Upstate. Dr. Shehi Herr graduated from Toccoa Falls College with a bachelor's degree in English and a minor in history. She received a master's degree in American Literature and a Ph.D. in Composition and Rhetoric from the University of South Carolina. Her scholarship focuses on rhetorical analysis, stylistic registers, and intercultural studies.
